The Entrustment Agreement Story

When Carla J Kee was in her teens when she became pregnant. Her dad was very upset that she became pregnant with her son. Carla J will not talk openly about the whole story.

Others are trying to get a whole of the story without paying Carla J Kee-Franklin.

Carla J Kee  did not have all the paperwork. It was not given to her.

One thing Carla J , knows is she  have to continue to push to get heard and her  voice to me heard. It’s be a very  emotionally for Carla J and her husband.

Mothers do your research, before you sign the entrustment agreement papers. Trust me, if the father doesn’t sign the agreement, the agreement with the state  is voided. For the most part, judges and  cps workers will treat the mother  all the same. Which it shouldn’t happen  like that. Carla J Kee-Franklin son wasn’t taken from her.  Teen mothers have every right to make the decision to give her child up for adoption. The documents was voided. The father thought he knew about what was going on.  No one really knew what happen and the judge didn’t listen to Carla j.  Carla J was in a abusive relationship at the age of 16 years old with her son’s father. Yes, it’s true. Carla J Kee-Franklin has been through a lot and she took something negative and turned into something positive.

Teen mothers make sure you have someone to help you read all documents and understand the law.

Laws have  to  change.  CPS didn’t take Carla J.Kee son. She made a decision to give her son up for adoption so she thought.  Carla J didn’t want to be homeless again with a child. So she decided to do what was best for her and her son before getting kicked out of her dad’s home.

Tracy’s mother Carla J Kee at the time knew if she didn’t have the help nor the support she needed to raise her son, she would be homeless again and she didn’t want that to happen again. The odds were against her, so she thought she would sign papers for adoption. As a teen mother that didn’t have any guidance from anyone. She knew. that she had to do something to help her child and not be selfish in struggling to raise a child as a teen. Carla J didn’t want to end up like her mother. As a abused child and teen some teens want better for their child. She was raised with two parents in the house, then with a single mother, then with a single dad. Life as a teen was unstable and didn’t feel loved at all. So Carla J went out looking for love in all the wrong places. Only she found hurt and pain.

It seems it’s okay for fathers to not raise their child: however mothers get bash and judge to make an important decision. Carla J wasn’t told all the ins and out of what could have happen. As a teen mother, confused, angry and just wanted what was best for her son.

Teen mothers you matter. You have the right to make the decision to give your child a baby life if you see fit.

Carla J Kee-Franklin has been fighting the court system all her adult life and now she’s fighting to make changes in the laws that affected her and her son that is now deceased. He took his life March 28, 2018. He was 32 years old.
